School starts again in about 8 weeks. So get busy checking off the summer to-do list. We're expecting a fabulous weather weekend in Boise.

Christmas is in 6 Months

These artificial trees are 'for sale' at a thrift store. Prices range from about $15 to $25. Also, if you even think you're going to be invited to an ugly Christmas sweater party, now is the time to scoop up a sweater. I found one yesterday for 94 cents. Now, I'm just waiting for my party invitation.

A new Little Free Library that is less than a block from the main Boise Public Library.

Big, noisy and beautiful. Yellow-headed blackbirds nest in marshy areas, and love to raid backyard feeders in Boise.
