Just two more weeks before this Boise icon closes. The owners of the Brick Oven Bistro, which used to be called the Brick Oven Beanery and will always be the Beanery to me, are retiring after 28 years of stuffing folks with home-style food served fast. I hope to get in one more time before the "end." The good news? The owners are putting together a cookbook so we can make gumbo and other favorites at home.
