Just found out what it really stands for (thank you google maps.) Pretty funny.
In Swedish it's a word. Jag, it means Me.

I've driven by that road a few times on birding drives down Pearl Rd or to see Michael Wiegand, but never thought about it. I thought it was related to the military name, but Google Maps shows it spelled out. Hilarious!
That is funny, but my favorite road is still Chicken Dinner Road.
