Waiting to Become Something

Every once in a while when downtown, I like to peek behind the art panels to see if anything "new" is happening yet at what's referred to as the Boise Hole. I think there are some new graffiti additions. At one time, this site was promoted as the future home of the tallest building in Idaho.
