I have no idea what a grange hall is, but this is pretty church. Especially with all those big windows!
When I look into one of the windows (over on left), I see 2x4s. Maybe they're doing an interior refurbish thing.

This is a church that might have once been a school. Maybe a grange hall? Looks a bit too fancy for that, but it could have been.
