Our neighborhood park has fancy and extensive play equipment, but this is one of the most popular destinations for kids: the climbing tree. Those familiar with our park know exactly what you're talking about if you mention "the climbing tree." Even the very young can scramble up.

Now that's fun for kids & adults! I remember climbing up my friend's tree & was too scared to move once I got up there & her dad had to help me down. hehehhe

ReplyDeleteWhat a good question - and although I pass by this tree several times a week, and have for years, I've never paid attention to what kind it is. When spring rolls around, I will take a closer look.
