Sonic Drive-In and Drive-Through
Car-hops on skates deliver the order if you drive-in, or you can use the drive-through. The colors and logo look a lot like a In-N-Out Burger, but the product is not the same. On the plus side, Sonic serves up good slushies with real fruit, and they're half price from 2 to 4 pm.
It looks like something from the "Back to the Future" movies!
ReplyDeleteI like Sonics happy hour. I never had an In or Out Burger. We were going to try one in Vegas but didnt get time.
ReplyDeleteGotta love Sonic! But our carhops are hardly ever on skates.
ReplyDeleteWe do not have Sonic (thank goodness — we can do with less burger places, I think!), but I love that red-orange cone post!
ReplyDeleteNo Sonics up here in Vermont. They'd have to deliver on ice skates from December through March.
ReplyDeleteWoah! I had Sonic last night! :)
ReplyDeleteWe all got a drink during Happy Hour recently in Montrose for less than $4. My favorite thing about Sonic is the ice.
ReplyDeleteNo sonic out this way. they advertise on TV but I have never seen one before.
ReplyDeleteYou asked what the Eagles were eating and it looked like to me a Snow Goose. MB
Here in Alabama we have had Sonic for a very long time!
ReplyDeleteThey're not on skates at either Sonic here in my town & there's no drive thru either - only drive up! Hmmm - weird!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! We frequent happy hour. (-:
ReplyDeleteWe've got a couple Sonics in town. Tried one the other night. Never again!
ReplyDeleteSonic! I haven't seen a Sonic since my son left Goose Creek, SC! They have crazy frozen drink flavours - THAT would be a wild photo.
ReplyDeleteWhere I live, we have tons of Sonics. They are almost as popular as a McDonalds. Happy Hour from 2 - 4 is extremely popular... We love Sonic...
ReplyDeleteYummy! I was just there last October. My son says their burgers are great!
