A chilly view of the world below. Twenty-five degrees this morning, no wind, and perfect for ballooning? Cool weather is best for ballooning, and we see them up on still days all winter.
We never see hot air balloons around here, but a few weeks ago, there was one up in the sky floating along - we still haven't heard who it was or what was going on! It was fantastic to see, but extremely unusual!!!

I bet they were freezing! It sure did make an awesome photo, though!
