Young kid riding a motorized scooter illegally down a city street. These scooters are not allowed on streets, or sidewalks. What? No helmet? For that case, no shoes? Does his mother know? I bet he's having fun, though.

Looks like fun. When I was a kid, I didnt know what shoes were.
