This is a sidewalk display and creative "open" sign for a recycled items store in downtown Boise. I went inside for just a few minutes, the items may be "used" but they still don't fit into my budget.
I can understand about the budget. We have first Monday this weekend. A nearby town pretty much closes down for a weekend for a giant flea market, antique sale.
