An Expensive Horse?

This is one of the P.F. Chang's China Bistro horses which are found outside or in the entry of most of the chain's locations. I've never eaten at P.F. Chang's, and it's not on my to-do list yet. Is the food really that good? Someone told me the lettuce wraps were the best. Is it as expensive as I hear it is?

  1. P.F.Chang huh, never heard of him/her Diva.

  2. The two times I've gone, I've found the food bland, the atmosphere obnoxiously posh, and the prices outrageous. I consider it the most over-stated asian food in town.

  3. I love P.F. Chang's. I ate there a few times in Tulsa when we lived there. The prices were pretty tame compared to Telluride dining.

  4. It's ok nothing special. Not a place that you wake up thinking I've got to go there. The horse is cool though.

  5. With so many Chinese restaurants in Metro Manila, we don't need a P.F. Chang chain, whatever it is. But I do like the horse — it's my Chinese astrological sign after all. ;)

  6. Love PF Chang's. They sponsor the Rock and Roll Marathon down here in ARizona and they have the horses at the finish line.

If you have a Pei Wei near you, it's the same food, but in a more casual and less expensive setting.

    Get the lettuce wraps. Yummy.
