Christmas Tree Traditions

Some don't trim the tree until Christmas Eve, others start as early as Thanksgiving weekend. This is our tree. I suffer from an affliction where I always think there's room for "just one more ornament" on the tree. It might be maxed out, so...time for a bigger tree?

  1. Looks really wonderful. I'll position and trim our family Christmas tree tomorrow. It's tradition to do this in the morning of Christmas Eve.

I wish you a Merry Christmas.

  2. Very nice tree - wow! I like the green glass balls. For some reason I have always liked green lights and green ornaments - then again, I like red, blue, silver, ....!

This year I did something radical. I went with the big C9 colored lights on my tree. These are usually used outdoors but I saw a display tree at Menards or Lowes with the big lights and liked it.

I know a lot of people who have more than one tree and that sounds fun. One is often a family tree with homemade ornaments, etc. and one is a theme tree and so on.

Have a very nice Christmas and know I always enjoy stopping by to see a bit of Idaho. Boise looks like a very progressive city and surrounded by a lot of beautiful country.
