I wish I had been able to catch the kids in action, but by the time I returned to the site with my camera, mom must have called them home for dinner. They made a cool fort, though, with "recycled materials."
This brings back memories! There was a field about a block from our house (now a site for condos) and someone would dump pallets there. Anyway, we would build forts with those pallets and then gather boulders and stock them in the fort...you can see where this is headed, so I'll stop here. It was a lot of fun, though.
