Fog as Thick as Peanut Butter

A lot of folks were wondering what could be worse than the dark, gray clouds and rain we've had in Boise this week....and the answer came yesterday. Fog. I heard this was inversion-type fog, which can get stinky, but since I have a cold, the fog is scent-free for me.

You can always get worse, but a stinky fog is quite enough...

stinky fog? it looks moody, it is reminiscent of film scenes when something sad is about to happen. but who could have guessed that it would be smelly? hope your cold is better the day after the stench passes.

Don't know about peanut butter but years ago we used to get thick fogs which we called "pea-soupers". With smokeless fuel and fewer factories churning out thick smoke we don't get those types of fog these days.
