This is a laundry line that I regularly see in my travels around Boise. I've never seen regular laundry on the line. This collection of rugs, a window and a bird feeder are the permanent fixtures. Click the picture to enlarge, and you'll see what that green ball is.
A bowling ball? I remember the smell and feel of clothes after my mom brought them in off of the line. I think you caught the only use for the lines and poles now.
ReplyDeleteI love this collection of stuff! We used to hang up clothes. It was a hated chore. But I loved that crispy feeling when they were dry. I still hate doing laundry though!
